Yankee Halloween On-line Ordering Help
Thank you for shopping on the Yankee Harvest Family of Web Sites: Yankee Harvest, Yankee Gardener, Yankee Grocery and Yankee Halloween.
Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and productive as possible. We have put together this short tutorial for our on-line shopping system to answer some questions you may have. Proceeding to Checkout
Once you have completed your shopping you will want to proceed to checkout to complete the purchase of your order. Getting to checkout is easy -- just click on the Checkout button in the upper right hand corner of any of our store pages. If you are not in one of our store pages, click the Basket Contents button on the top of the page on any of our web sites to return to our store, and then click the Checkout Button. You will be taken to the screen below:
You have 3 options when you enter Checkout:
Please note that you DO NOT have to create an account to order with us. We have received many inquiries on this over the years. If you do not wish to create an account, simply click on the Place Order Without Account link.
Although we do not require that you create an account, if you plan on shopping with us more than once you might wish to create one. By creating an account you can save your shipping and billing address for future ordering, saving yourself some typing. Please note that we do not save credit card information with your account for security purposes. Also note that creating an account with us does not put you on any mailing list, and that we do not sell or trade personal information with anyone, nor do we use your account information for our own mailings. If you wish to receive our email newsletter you must subscribe to it separately. At Yankee Harvest, we value your privacy and will not abuse your trust.
Creating an AccountWhen you click on the link to create an account you will be directed to the screen below:
Once you create an account with us the address information will be filled in for you. If you need to change any of the information (if you move or your email address has changed, etc.) you can edit it when you log in. You can save any changes by making sure the box that says Update Customer Record With This information underneath is checked. Customers that elect to place orders without creating an account must fill in billing and shipping info at each new purchase.
Now click on the Continue button in the lower right of your screen to choose your shipping and payment options.
Logging Into Your AccountThe next time you visit our web site after creating an account, simply enter your login name and password into the appropriate boxes shown below and click the Login button:
If you forget your password enter your login name, leave the password field blank, select Please Email Me My Password, click the Login button, and your password will be emailed to you.
